I love the light flavor if sprouted buckwheat. I can make normal yummy recipes. I am actually ordering more as soon as I finish this review

Awesome for Baking!
Love that adding this to other GF flours or even using it alone, you increase protein intake in whatever you're baking decreasing the total carbs. Taste is phenomenal in everything I have used it in.

Tastes very good - open the bag, and it smells a little like green plants (I would expect it to, since it's sprouted). I've made buttermilk pancakes with about 1/3 of the flour replaced with this buckwheat flour. Yum!
