Just What My Boy and I Needed
I adopted an adult male Lhasa Apso mix from a rescue about three years ago. He's a sweet boy, but he has a bad habit of marking all over the house (likely why his evil former owner got rid of him -- long story). Finally, after years of cleaning up urine from my bedding (the part of the blankets that hang near the floor), couches, and carpeting, I decided he's wearing a belly band during the day (not inside his crate). After a lot of research, I decided that disposables would work best for me. I'm not washing cloth ones all the time, because he wets one diaper a day, at least. After reading many reviews, I decided on these, and I have purchased them over and over since then. They are very absorbent and there are no leaks. They stay on well with the fastener, which is a sticky "velcro-like, but not velcro" adhesive system. It sticks and sticks and resticks for reuse of a clean diaper. Sometimes you can inadvertently pull the plastic part off and then you have to throw away the diaper, but that's few and far between. Just pull the diaper material away from that piece carefully. The only problems I've noticed: if I put it on too loosely, it slides around so the absorbent part is on his side or back. If I put them on securely, then that does not happen even when he's playing. The other thing is that, when he's scratching at his side, his nail can go through the outer material, and then there are pieces of the inner padding on the carpet. I still use the same clean diaper until the end of the day even if it has a hole in the side. It's not a big deal and doesn't happen often. Good seller. Arrives quickly, which is important when you're nearing the end of the previous package. Always arrives in excellent condition. I will continue using these even though there could be cheaper, bulk options out there. I'm confident that these don't leak, and that's what's important to me.

My Top Pick
I have been purchasing this OUT! brand of male wraps for my Pomeranian since 2020 - 5 years loyal customer. I have tried other options and they just don't compare when it comes to absorption abilities and comfort of material. It never bothered my dog, he never tried to remove it and it can stay on through all of his zoomies and stair climbing activities. Out of the 5 years and many packs that we have ordered, we have had maybe about 2 or 3 single wraps that had an issue with the velcro - quality issues are uncommon. It can hold a good amount of urine, saving your home from any pet accidents, but the smell of the urine mixed with the absorbing gel can be pretty pungent so I do recommend using an odor trapping doggie bag when discarding them. My Pomeranian is a bit on the bigger side for his breed, weighs about 11 pounds and VERY fluffy but the xs-sm fits him perfectly. The material feels of quality and isn't easy to tear. While it's one of the pricier wraps out there I do not mind spending the money on it knowing it works the best for us.

Run large for 17-18" dogs
I like the quality and the price of this product. The product runs large. I have a dog with a 17" waist (stout Chihuahua mix) and I have to really overlap the adhesive for a firm fit. I would have probably been fine with the Small instead of Medium. I'd say they are at least three inches too big. Comfortable for my dog and easy for him to get around. Doesn't work them off unless I haven't secured them well enough. Very soft inside, but outside is more plastic than other products I've used. That's not a negative, but if you adhere it to the plastic, it's all over...you'll rip it when taking it off and have to use another one if you're overlapping quite a bit like I am. I like the way there is an elastic barrier on each side of the pad inside, but I have to be sure my doggo's private part is tucked snug in there.

BUY THESE! BEST ONES IVE FOUND FOR MY FRENCHIE!!! They deserve a shout!
I have 2 dogs: a 7 year old female pit and an 8 month old male frenchie (not neutered yet). My frenchie recently started marking. Since the day I got him he was trained to go on potty pads and we go out regularly. He’s seldom had an accident. Needless to say when I got him a new comfy bed and he would go and pee on it I’d be so annoyed. Or sometimes his big sister would steal all his chews so he’d go to her bed and pee on it or pee near her feeding station. Then came bulky objects on the floor...he had to pee next to them. The last one I don’t fully understand lol but I’ve also pretty much only had female dogs in the past. His potty pads are the reusable kind and between doing that every day and then the marking I was getting so fed up and couldn’t keep up with the wash. Someone suggested belly bands. I looked everywhere. Tried a whole bunch of kinds: reusable/washable and other disposable brands. The sizing always seemed odd to me. The size he needed always looked a bit uncomfortable like it was digging into his hip/groin area but the band length was the perfect size or running on the small side. I’m usually the all natural, non toxic type of girl, which wasn’t what this brand is very well known for. I was skeptical but I kept coming back. Especially because of the price. Well, they arrived and I tried it and OMG I am SO thankful I gave these a shot!! The length is perfect with room to spare as he grows, but the width is even MORE perfect! It matches his tiny little bulky body size. The edges are soft and it doesn’t cut into his groin at all. It does over extend way past his genitals like the others did due to the perfect width. Best of all, they’re super absorbent that if it weren’t for the indicator you can’t even tell by feel if it’s soiled. The others you’d feel it and it would feel squishy or soggy just with a tiny bit of urine. The only negative thing I can say is the soiled marker is quite hard to see. It’s only a couple of inches long on the bottom which can hide in any creases - other brands have a long marker that extends slightly up the side so you don’t need to turn your dog completely upside down. I think I may return all the others even the reusable cute print ones and just order a ton of these (and added bonus: they have a cute print all the way around the band! Other disposables if they have a print only have it halfway around the band....why did they even bother with a print?) Also, the other ones I’ve tried even if they’re on snug, which because of the width looks like it’s uncomfortable for him he likes to crawl under the bed and Can wiggle them loose. Not with these! The other great thing is the other disposable brands I’ve tried when wrapping around if there’s excess material cause you don’t need all of the length after some movement, although it stays secure the overlap starts to flip flop and stick out almost forming a V shape, whcih doesn’t look good. Another reason I got these is for when I bring him to visit people, the last thing I want is for him to start marking their house and is also like him to look put together and have it look secure and not flimsy especially if they’re worry warts (common in my family lol). Pros: - PERFECT width for small bulky dogs - first ever brand that’s finally proportional - wide range in length to grow as a puppy grows, while still being snug. - soft edges to provide added comfort to groin area while still being quite snug - super absorbent - stays in place - when attaching the there are two 1-2” flaps you can pull out and fully secure it to the other side so nothing can go askew - cute design that goes around the whole band - has a soiled marker (thank god because they’re so good you can’t tell by just a feel if it’s wet like other brands - it must wick and turn to gel so well and quickly) - cheaper than others CONS: - soiled market is only a couple of inches long on the bottom so it is harder to see (I couldn’t remember if it had one until I took it off - other brands are much longer and extend up the side) - wish they offered a bulk size in order to get more of a discount - not sustainable, earth friendly, or non-toxic? (cant remember 100% on the last one)

Good but a couple flaws for very active dogs
It doesn’t leak from what I can see, although he is a puppy and they don’t pee heavily because there bladders are not fully developed. I was using this item because when I wake up he wakes up, and when he wakes up that’s when the I need to pee bad timer starts 🤣 but I also need to pee, so me going first gives him time to pee on the bed witch from what you can imagine is so stressful having to wash sheets every morning. The diapers are awesome when they work but he rolls in the middle of the night, when he does this his diaper flips upside down or he gets it off. Diaper slips a lot with activity. This product would be perfect for non active dogs. Also keep in mind if your dog chews they will completely chew a hole into it when your not looking, I didn’t think about that when I got this product, a lot of training is required for non chewing of the diaper. Hope this helps.

Same price as last year but markedly worse quality
I have been buying these diapers for well over a year for my now 19 year old poodle. In the beginning they were an answer to prayer. Good quality, fit, comfort, functionality. No more wet floors!! However, over the last 4-6 months, the plastic on the exterior has gradually become thinner, the fit is now awkward, and there's now a fairly good chance that he will pee outside of the diaper because the padding crushes more easily and his privates no longer stay in it! Sometimes the padding is "scrunched" to only an inch and a half wide after he has it on for a while (i.e., the diaper basically reshapes with movement/sustained positions and doesn't bounce back to cover him completely). Interestingly, I found an old package today and did a comparison with the newer model. Outside of the blue polka dots it doesn't even look like the same diaper! I am so diasappointed that what was once a great product has been rendered usless by the manufacturer's decision to slowly and decptively downgrade the quality. On the to the next vendor... UPDATE (Mar 2 2019): In seeking a replacement for the OUT diaper, we tried the Amazon diapers and the All-Absorb Male Dog Wrap. Either one surpassed the OUT disposable by miles - better quality, materials, and performance. We decided to stick with the All-Absorb as the XSmall is another inch or so larger and fits better than the Amazon XSmall (a little too tightl); the next size up on the Amazon small was too big. All Absorb was, in other words, a better fit for the 11 inch exact "'waist" measurement of our poodle. And it's CHEAPER TOO by far than the inferior OUT -- by about 1/2 price!!!!

Heavy capacity & comfy diaper for my senior boy
Great diaper for male dogs. Super absorbent - I don’t have exact ML but my senior dog is a 55-lb dog with incontinence and severe arthritis and empties his entire bladder regularly into this diaper while lying down. Works similar to a baby’s diaper where the yellow line down the middle turns blue when wet, and I like that there are no sticky tabs to fiddle with, just open up the sides fully and attach. The sides of the diaper are soft and haven’t irritated the underside of my dog despite being on him 24/7. The only thing is that the band can shift when the dog turns around in his sleep, causing any heavy pee to leak out the sides. In my senior dog’s case, because he has bad arthritis that doesn’t allow him to move his hind legs easily, I put either a second diaper (slightly at an angle, like an X-shape) or a velcro reusable dog diaper to catch the sides. This has only happened once so far with my severely incontinent dog and I don’t find it a problem since the diaper itself is so absorbent and comfy and I would rather be doubly sure at night that he stays dry and not lying in pee when he can’t walk but can still roll in his sleep.
