The company seems to care!
Well - I got the product earlier than expected. I ordered two different door mats. I must say - they are awesome! The animals on the doormat look beautiful. (now I don't want to walk on them!) The mat is pretty nice too. A little thin but will do the job. However, they did get the names mixed up on the door mats. I had one doberman and one pit bull. I wrote the company - they responded within one day. Sent in the pictures as requested, explained the problem and again they responded the next day! I requested new mats with the correct names on them. Their reply was very quick and truthful. I will not get them by Christmas. 3 to 4 days to make but now beings it is Christmas time delivery is slower. I appreciated that. I have them on order It's very nice to work with a company that cares.

This was just a funny gift for a friend, but the mat was a little thinner than expected. More like a bathmat than a door mat. Still fun though! And arrived in time so even better!
