I've used the Vilgain Ghee and Avocado oil spray mix for ages. Excellent stuff, especially for achieving great colour when frying or roasting. This is just as good. Delicious taste, really smells of olives, good versatility for hot and cold food, especially salads and glossing up cooked veg. A little goes a long way, so it's top value for money too, imo.

Great stuff but it's easy to go over calories. How long 1 spray is is not specified sadly. Good if your just want to spray oil without counting calories.

Great low calorie alternative to normal cooking oils, also doesn't taste weird/feel very artificial like most spray oils do.

I got this to stop me usomg so much oil and it does do that. Its expensive but lasts longer then you would think because you use so little.

Auch die spontane Überdosierung fällt weg. Fazit: Dieses Olivenöl-Spray kann ich guten Gewissens für alle empfehlen die auf eine gesunde Ernährung wert legen und dennoch im Alltag etwas Zeit an der Küchenfront einsparen möchten.
