Can i use this to aquarium?

No you cant, you will need an aquarium anti fungus

the fish in my pond are suffering, with dropsy is there a cure.

Dropsy is not easy to cure and in most cases it's terminal, It will spread to all the fish unless you isolate the ones which have it into another tank. You can then try using Epsom Salt added to the water 2.5 teaspoons for every 10 gallons of water or try an anti Bacterial treatment. Some of the causes of dropsy are poor water condition, fish overcrowding or overfeeding. Good luck as i say it's not easy to cure.
