Great gluten free option
I tried these Glutino x Swiss Miss gluten‑free marshmalloww cookies and they were a big hit with my gluten‑free girlfriend. The flavor and texture are surprisingly close to regular cookies soft, sweet, and perfect in hot chocolate or just as a snack. They don’t have that weird gummy or off taste you sometimes get with gluten‑free versions of sweets, so they feel like a proper treat rather than a compromise.

Gluten Free Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
I do like Glutino gluten free cookies. However, I was disappointed in the chocolate filling flavor of this cookie. I really expected it to have more of the Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa flavor than it does. The chocolate cookie wafers are crisp and have a good chocolate flavor. The filling cream is a very light chocolate flavor and does not remind me of hot cocoa flavoring at all. I used them to make Halloween Dirt Pudding cups for my kids, which they enjoyed.

These are very tasty. Chocolate cookie with a creamy hot chocolate filling. Can't miss with that combination! Bought 1 package and we went thru them so fast that we ordered 2 boxes the next time. The company also has a lemon cookie with a lemony filling. They are good, especially with some ice cream, but chocolate? nothing compare's with chocolate.
