Generally speaking, the setup was pretty straight forward with the guidance of the video. The quality feels good from the touch. Not sure what the seat pads are made up of so that may make or break this chair in terms of long duration of sitting down. Nonetheless, it’s still new and feels comfortable, one day in. I can feel my spine wanting to stay upright. Thats a plus. I own a Herman miller chair but wanted a simple alternative when I have a guest come into my home office. This was a great option instead of a cheap office chair. I did run into one minor issue on a screw not wanting to tighten but it finally did, once I had tighten all of the other pieces. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. The size seems to be great for typical desks. It takes a bit of adjustment at first, but if you adjust the knee pads just right, you’ll be good to go. Transporting the seat from one room to another is quite easy. Doesn’t weigh too much. This was a bonus because the plan is to move it around from yoga room to office to living room to the dining room intermittently. We shall see how it goes. It seems like a function-able item. We’ll need to update this review in a month or so. Warranty is absolutely great. Hopefully we won’t encounter any issues.

The chair is sturdy. It came with written instructions as well as a video you could watch which was extremely helpful. I'm 240 lbs, so it's a bit uncomfortable on my shins, but otherwise so.much better for my back and hips and posture. Smaller persons would benefit highly from this kind of seating. I love that you can change positions and rock. Also, the the foot rests adjust to different heights, although it would be nice to have a size that is a bit taller because I'm also tall 5' 8" and I wish they would go up one more notch and that the seat could be adjusted with a bit less of a tilt. Taking some getting used to. The machining always leaves little to be desired when there is a screw hole that needed to be cleaned out a bit more, but thankfully my husband is a machinist, so he was able to get the screw in. Cushions are good quality, so is the wood. Overall a good product and with a few minor things worth the money you pay. We'll use it for now, but in hindsight we should have paid more money (a chair like this is a good investment) for a chair with more adjustability and better build quality.

The seller shipped a defective product. It arrived heavily scuffed with the wood splintered where previous buyers had likely tried to assembled it. But like them, it was impossible to assemble: the screws are stripped or simply defective. This might explain why they included 3 different sized allen wrenches, simply hoping one would work. Comical. Icing on the cake: when it arrived the entirety of the small metal assembly bits were free floating in the box.

I absolutely love this chair. Many position options and keeps me rocking and moving at my work from home job. First week you will be a little sore from the change in seating but after a few weeks you’ll get used to it. Great quality for price!

Overall seems fine but terrible directions to assemble. The instructions are printed tiny and could easily be made bigger and better. This should have taken 30 minutes and it took 2 hours and I think I am decent at assembly.
