So far so good
I just finished assembling it n it was easy. Tighten the gooseneck, front tire n done. I do recommend checking at the bolts nuts screws n tighten everything down just to be safe. Other than that it's a good scooter. Kids will be using it tomorrow n I'll update review

Missing parts
This scooter came missing a part of the brake system which caused it to have zero braking capability. I contacted joystar for the missing part, and instead of sending me the part, they sent me a whole new scooter. They were very helpful in making sure my son was happy with his Christmas gift. Excellent customer service, and a quality product ensure that I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Not Worth The Money
This Scooter Was My 11 Year Old Autistic Son's Gift And The First Day Of Riding The Brake Didn't Work And Both Tires Went Flat- Aired The Tires Back Up To The PSI On The Sides Of The Tires And On The Second Day The Rear Tire Blew With A Loud Pop. The Scooter Is Heavy And Awkward To Ride- Ended Up Paying For Repairs That Cost As Much As The Scooter Sold For.

This scooter was very easy to assemble and is sturdy and perfect size for my daughter. She’s 7 and it’s also slightly adjustable so they won’t outgrow it too fast. Also the pink one is a very pretty color. Has great tires
