Flavor- like a light minty green flavor, just mixed with room temp water, dissolved well. Texture- powder, not fine but not grainy. First try, this morning. I've been taking Bacopa for a while and really enjoy the boost it delivers. I just did Gotu Kola this morning, no other supplements, juices or foods, to check it out. At first drink, the flavor was palatable and refreshing, 1 tsp in 8 oz. water. I didn't notice anything right away and started responding to work emails. After 10-15 minutes, I paused to take stock of my head space and body response and I definitely feel a boost of energy but not like caffeine, more of a background alertness which seemed to help keeping me on task.. I'm going to add in some Bacopa later, also from Banyan but I want to hum on this for a while. I've always had good supps from Banyan. I buy the Bacopa, Triphala and Ashwagandha as well. It's the highest quality that I've found. Fake reviews- i think that many of the neg reviews I read were not honest, possibly left by competitors.. or just not very supplementally adept folk, with undefined/ unrealistic expectations. This tea really works. I could feel and see a difference from the first cup. I felt clearer, not sluggish. A peaceful energy. It helps through my day. I have a cup every morning. I'm very satisfied with the results.

I ordered this after being encouraged by a friend to try it. He had what I would call "flakes" of gotu kola. I've had great success with Banyan's products before, so I went straight for this one over the other brand. I definitely feel like I made the right choice. The Banyan Gotu Kola is clearly much greener and fresher, and I can feel the difference as well. While I wouldn't say I have had any miracle level results, I do feel a little less fatigued in the afternoon when I take this, and I notice my concentration in front of the computer is a little better. It tastes pretty good too - I just make a hot tea with it and add a little honey. I will definitely reorder this product when I run out. The ultimate proof to me that it is helping, is that I actually REMEMBER to take it each day, haha!

Brahmi is an amazing herb. It grows wild here in Hawaii so I eat it fresh when its available. The effects of this product are great because its a much more concentrated dose that you feel quickly. You can even use Brahmi in herbel oils and skin treatments/ hair treatments as well as internally for increased ability to concentrate. Highly reccomend any of Banyan Botanicals products! They all work great and you will feel the effects. Take the herbs regularly with a healthy balanced diet, as non proccessed and wholesome as you can! Incorporate daily excersise and meditation practices!
