I recently acquired the VictorPro 12V Mini UPS for my Wi-Fi router, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had purchased one VictorPro 12 V mini UPS s. no. B0C7VSCHNF from Clicktech Retail through amazon online platform vide invoice no. DEL5-1013898 dated 28-05-25. It has gone faulty and power is getting off soon once electricity goes off. The product has a warantee of one year but it is gone faulty within a month. There is no response from customer support of Victor pro. I had sent e mails and on customer support page of Victorpro web page also. Product is very bad and no one should buy if they do not respond to customer communication. There is no response from customer support of Victor pro

This uPS is compatible to Jio wifi modem. After using it for a month, I found this UPS useful. It would have been more useful, had the cordless phone could be connected to it. It should be connected to cordless phone too. It has a back up of 7-8 hours for wifi only.

It is a good product. Functioning as expected. Happy with the product.

This mini UPS was very easy to connect, and started powering the router straight away. I’m also happy to see that it comes with an adapter for any plugin size variation if required. Still a brand-new product so cannot vote for its performance over the period. Well. Now that it is June, I can say that the battery life is over. It is not holding charge even for a short time of generator switch over. So a bit disappointed over its life and am in touch with the supplier for a refund. He needs some details which have been furnished to him.

Device battery failed after 13 months. No reply from support page on website. No email or phone support. Other options like cuzor have very good support and provide battery replacement support using WhatsApp. Avoid this company and try Cuzor (5*), Resonate (4*), Crust (3*). Avoid Victor pro, Zinc, Qubo as they don’t have support for warranty claim and battery replacement.

Writing this review after 6 months of use. No issues till now. Best thing is that it doesn't need external charger. Backup is good. No lag in switching. Compatible with jio fibre router not checked with others but I hope it will work.

This device is good for ~₹1k though it's not giving backup like 4-5 hrs. But it's good product as my requirement was for a 10-15 min backup as the power backup from society come online in few mins and this product is reliable and cheap. However it doesn't provide 4-5 hr backup as claimed by manufacturer.
