Proactive is a name you can trust
Proactiv products work for acne prone skin. They are not the most affordable it they do a good job of penetrating to get the best results of the active ingredient. I do not get any irritation with proactive products. Product must be massaged into the skin for at least 1 minute. There are similar products out there for less money, but this brand may be the best I’ve tried.

The Gold standard for acne face wash
One of the best acne face washes to date. They set the standard high many years ago. Gritty and very effective for acne prone faces. I would give it a try if you are not happy with current acne wash.

Great product but not for sensitive skin
Am giving this product a good review just because I know it's a great product and I've seen it work well for other people. But if you have super-sensitive skin like I do well this is not the product for you. Simply because after 2 and a half days of use my face and chin broke out in hives and I was itching like crazy. I had to stop using it and until now the itching is less but the rash haven't cleared. As I said great product

Good size and great product
Proactiv is the only facial cleaner I use. It’s great for oily skin. This is a great size option for those that use this frequently. It doesn’t include steps 2 and 3 of the kit, but I always find that I use the cleanser faster so this balances out

Stopped My Breakouts Completely!
I've been using Proactive for 10 years. Before using it, I had pretty bad cystic acne and I had literally tried dozens of other products. After using for about 1 month my acne started to clear up and after 3 months it was completely gone. You have to be consistent with it- you can’t just use it for a few days and expect a miracle. It leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean, and exfoliated. A little goes a long way. I easily get 3 months out of one tube. The before and after pictures are 3 months apart.
