These are simply wonderful to wear! So wonderful that I now have them in four different colours. Plenty of room around the waist for me not to feel as though I've been sliced in half. The cut means that they fit really well around my somewhat larger hips and thighs without in any way feeling tight/snug. Good, deep pockets for putting even large objects like my mobile in without affecting the drape of the fabric. The cotton/linen mix is cool to wear even in very hot weather. The taper at the ankle might be off-putting but shouldn't be - a small, well-finished, split seam at the ankle means they fit well without "puddling" under the heel so there's less to worry about in the length. The fabric mix is high quality and, though lightweight, is in no way see through. The stitching is clean and tidy - no messy fraying seams to irritate you. Yes, they'll crumple a bit when in wear (unless you're modelling them and don't intend to sit down) but what cotton or linen fabric doesn't look a bit less than perfect after a busy day or evening? I think it's just part of their charm! The company also does some lovely patterned trousers and some great looking tops which I've yet to try on but will review when I have done. In case you're wondering, I didn't get any of these as freebies, nor have I been offered anything as an inducement to submit a positive review. I've just found a supplier of great quality garments that fit me well (not easy), feel very comfortable and look wonderful as casual wear. The quality is such that I think these will still be looking good some years down the line. As good for women as men, these were bought for me and I'd fight my son off if he tried to pinch them!

I buy these at least once every couple months as they sre perfect for kitchen trousers. Comfy, baggy, nice pockets. Just once overwashed can start to feel old quickly.

These look pretty good when you first wear them as the design is quite cool and they are nice and light in the hot weather, but then you wash them once in a washing machine at 30 degrees and they develop holes, afterbone wash! I bought several pairs and this has happened to all of them. Bot worth the money. Avoid.
