Durable. I've got an aussie going through his terrible CHEWS. Not a lot of toys survive, but this one has made it and remains his favorite. It is a little heavy but that doesn't seem to bother him at all.

These are indestructible! The only caveat is that they have a very effective squeaker - it can be removed from the ball without affecting appeal to the chewer. Good to know if you want to bring the toy inside

Awesome dog toy. Can withstand a cane corso chewing on it, and is super fun to toss around.

Toy seems pretty durable and my dog loves it. Although, the squeaker was broken when it arrived. She still likes it and loves to play fetch with it.

Had to order another because my dog lost his on a hike... This is his absolute favorite and every dog at the park loves it so much they try to steal it! Very durable material and squeaker never died on me.

There needs to be a 0 rating The package arrived at 2:29 p.m. The dog and I returned from our walk at 2:50. I got my mail, chatted-up the neighbor, went to the backyard, and squeaked the brand-new, straight out of the plastic 'pimple' bag, tag gleefully popped freeform the tiny, plastic tabs ball. I didn't know I was squeaking its death knell. I threw the ball at 3:00 How, do I know this? I was reading a text. I digress. By 3:15 the end with the squeaker came RIGHT OFF. The two independent pieces flew in opposite directions much to my dog's delight. Who, by the way, proceeded to grab the torn/unglued/weak piece and proceeded to run about whilst merrily chomping on the new choke hazard. Once the daft dog dropped the smaller piece for the sundered, larger side, I could take it and see what was going on. The Product Flaw is it APPEARS that the ball was created in three distinct parts - the squeaker (RIP), the Squeaker 'holder', a.k.a. CHOKING HAZZARD, and the larger body. Cool. I SUSPECT that the connecting of the relevant two halves is either an adhesive OR a heated bond since the item is rubbery. I couldn't tell. After all, it didn't have an obvious relation to either idea because it looked like it just... fell apart. As if someone/machine (no personhood shaming here), just stuffed together and stabbed in a tag and... Plop into a pimpled shipping bag and off to be enjoyed for around 18 mins. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover what I was with this product. Granted, I don't expect perfection for a 12-dollar dog toy. Yet, call me cynical, but one DOES hope to not have to hospitalize their beloved pet with a poorly made joy toy. To end this tale of woe as it began but with a less happy blue tick mutt and a slobbery, dirty, new yard chew toy, outside in the sun. And the Moral of this sad, disappointing tale is... DON'T BUY THIS CRAPPY BALL.

I've had four of these. My 75 pound German Shepherd adores chewing. It takes her about 3 or 4 months to destroy one. Details: -Big enough - I've bought more durable dog toys but they are sized for "bully" breeds and a little too small for a German Shepherd's mouth. -Loud squeaker - The squeaker annoys me but my dog loves it. You should know that the squeaker will wear out in about a week of hard use. -Floats - My dog loves to play in water so that's important. The super durable toys sink. -Football shape is nice - My dog loves the unpredictable bounce. It's hard to throw a spiral like a real football though. -Bright green color is useful for spotting the toy.

I have two German Shepherds who can shred the strongest of toys in seconds. This nerf football holds up the best. They love the squeak and are very good at making it squeak. They love to play catch and take it outside. When I bring it in to wash the dirt and slobber off it does wash and dry very easily. Well worth the price. They keep each other entertained for a long time. They really like getting the other ones toy.

My 100lb GS loves this. He loves it when you throw or even just to chew on and it makes a noise!

My dog is a Neo Mastiff German Shepherd cross. The football's squeaker lasted 7 minutes. She loves the football and running after it as we throw it over the hill. She takes it to bed with her and is currently throwing it against the back door waiting for us to throw the ball for her. As a toy it is great however the squeaker just does not last.
