What am I missing? In my phone the new sim is working . Even after inserting sim and registering in APP it says device offline or switched off!!

You have to connect the watch to wireless network first and make sure you add your number in the watch’s phone book on your phone app

you can install watsapp, plus the default software that you install on your phone has chat facility also with the phone.
