2 Packs Retractable Badge Holders with Carabiner Reel Clip and Vertical Style Heavy Duty ID Card Holders by CypesCrafts

Not a whole lot to say as it's just a badge lanyard yoyo. However it is a good one, so far. I use it at work and it has plenty of stretch, and has a couple ways to attach it. It has a standard pocket hook and a carabiner style hook. I personally didn't use the sleeve that goes over the badge, as my work provides a much more solid type. The one that comes with it is the soft type. As far as a yoyo goes, it works fine. Haven't had it too long so I can't speak of longevity, but if this one fails, it did come with 2! However if they both fail, I will update my review! So far, 5 stars!

I am a contractor who is badged at several different locations around my state. I have about 6-8 badges at any given time that I keep in my work truck for various sites. The holders that are handed out are rarely usable or they just suck. These have been a great option. I love that you can clip the holder to your person in 2 different ways. Some customers/sites require the badge be worn above the waist, so this holder and clip allow me to attach it to my shirt pocket or collar. I have had pretty good experience with the durability of these. Some of the ropes have frayed and broken over time or the plastic holder tears, but it was reasonable due to the frequency of use and the environment in which I'm using them. This is the second package of these holders that I've bought in about 3 years. I plan on getting more in a few years when I need them.

I bought these to hold out sail and sign cards for a cruise. We used them over and over again. The only issue which is nothing to do with the holder is that they have to swipe your card so every single time we used it we had to unzip the pouch and hand over the card. The badge pull was awesome for on/off the ship as they scanned the barcode. The badge pull either slides on clothes with a clip or attached to any loop. I put mine on my bag or shorts loops and my husband on his pants/shorts. This looks so much better than, "I'm on a cruise wearing a necklace contraption." The necklaces look way too touristy. One other thing....after a gazillion uses they did tear a little but this did not keep them from holding the cards, etc.

These badges were perfect for what I ordered them for! We needed a pair of fishing license holders before a weekend trip and local stores were all sold out the entire week leading up to the trip. Glad we checked Amazon for fishing gear, we found great stuff like these retractable badge holders. Licenses fit perfectly, stayed dry in the rain, and these are super durable. I caught mine on a bush the first time I wore it out and it didn't break off when it hit the end of the tether. Durable enough for me :)

So far so good. Holds my ID badge securely and. The other one I keep in my vehicle for the parking garage chip. For whatever reason, the chip reader won't read it through my window, so I have to hold the card out my window. I keep it in this badge holder for safe keeping, and attach it to one my vents. Works really good, no complaints

6 month UPDATE: The second one has worked nicely for the last 6 months, makes me think the first one was defective. I'm pretty happy with it, but bummed the company never reached out to replace the first one. First review: The two days it worked it was nice. Then I went to retract the card and the clip completely fell apart... :( I tried to reassemble it with no luck. I'm currently using the second one, no problems yet. Maybe it was just a fluke. I will update this review if it has a similar fate as the first one.

I bought these prior to a cruise, to hold our ship identification cards. One of the best, most used things we took. The clips made them super convenient to change from belt loop to purse strap to wherever we chose to clip them. They're built sturdily, and we weren't exactly babying them as we went about our days. Always conveniently close to hand when needed, never once detached and potentially lost, highly recommend for peace of mind on vacation.

Well- made. Better than expected quality. Exactly what I wanted. I use one on diaper bag with my toddler’s ID card in the holder. The other holder is on my husband’s leather bag.

I didn't even get to use it. I retracted it once and would not go up again. I am keeping rather than returning because I need the plastic part for work asap.

Lo quería para portar mi gafete en la oficina y literal me duró un día porque se rompió de los lados, el otro yoyo ni siquiera cerraba...
