Highly recommend!
I don’t often gush about a vitamin, but these are great. I’ve been taking these for about a year and a half since I’m still breastfeeding. I started taking these a couple months postpartum, I had been taking Rituals prenatal formula for my entire pregnancy. While taking these, I’m rarely ever sick. I have 3 kids who are always bringing a new virus in the house and I might catch 1 or 2 colds a year. I feel great and have plenty of energy. These are easy to take, but I recommend taking them before bed since they do have a fishy aftertaste that I notice if I burp (gross, I know). I love their fresh mint and citrus flavors, I think that really sets them apart from other pre/postnatal vitamin brands. Overall, I’m super pleased with the quality of ingredients in Ritual’s products, and will be switching to their women’s formula after my little guy is weaned.

Great
After using some prenatals and postnatal from Costco, I realized there are so many other types out there that are better. First of all, pill size. These are not too big so it’s easier to swallow. The only thing is you have to take 2. But it’s not as bad because they’re not as big as the ones I used to take. There is a hint of flavor. It is a minty flavor which is kind of weird; makes me think of swallowing toothpaste. But it’s better than tasting a fishy odor, which the other pills alert giving off. Also, this is a monthly supply. Which can be pricey. But it tastes better and is more comfortable. I’ve been using this for a while now and have a subscription to refill.

Just the right ingredients
I've tried Ritual's Essential for Women multi vitamins in the past, so when I got pregnant, Ritual's Prenatal and Postnatal Multivitamins where the clear choice. Around 4 months postpartum I had anemia and my hair was falling (as expected) so I decided to switch to another multivitamin that had more nutrients, thinking that's what my body needed. I switched, and for the next 3 months my nails were weaker and my breastmilk supply was decreasing significantly. I had loss of appetite and lack of energy for weeks. I decided to give Ritual a try again, thinking that I didn't feel this depleted a couple of months ago. It's been 5 days and I can say that my breastmilk supply is increasing and keeping up with baby's needs, I have more energy and less mind fog. Although it does not have all of the nutrients you would find on a regular multivitamin, the composition of these multivitamins is exclusively for postpartum needs and recovery. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful vitamin
Love them! It was a great vitamin to take for being nauseous and getting the other nutrients that you need. And they taste amazing! They don’t leave a funny taste in your mouth, it taste just like mint.

Love the subscription option!
I bought these after using Ritual’s Prenatal vitamins. They were a great and easy way to just continue getting the vitamins I needed in postpartum. I’ve been using these for 6 months and plan to continue using them for another 6 months. I’ve noticed that my hair didn’t have too much loss during PP. My nails have been very strong and my skin looks great! The subscription makes it so easy to never run out, too. I really love the minty flavor! They are easy to swallow and not too large. The only drawback is that I have to take them at night because I occasionally taste the fish oil if I take them in the morning.

Feel a difference quickly
Okay, I definitely feel WAY better taking these. Less brain fog. 3 month PP. hair is shedding..including my eyelashes so I bought this to hopefully provide better nutrients than the vitamins I was previously taking. As far as flavor.. I got the choline in citrus and the pp in mint. AWFUL. Nasty. Citrus is like a fishy ginger and the mint is like equates version of listerine WITH the alcohol in it. Essence my a*s. It’s full on flavor packed.

OK overall BUT NOT HELPING WITH HAIR-LOSS
Honestly I didn’t know what to expect from a PP multivitamin. I’ve only been taking for about a week and so far it’s been pretty good. -I would say my energy and overall mood has improved -Pretty easy to swallow -I have been pretty forgetful since baby #2 and I haven’t really noticed a difference there but I can say concentration level is better -Burping is minimal but there is air in the pill so it’s kind of a given- nasty taste not really kind of taste like iron no fishy taste or smell when burping -I appreciate how the bottle shows where you should be at 15 days and 30days (like I said I’ve been forgetful) -I think my skin has improved -milk production possibly increased very slightly -haven’t taken long enough to say hair has increased but will update in the coming months Update: hair loss 2nd time pp I expected it but I was hoping these would help. THEY DONT. I have still lied much hair in bunches only ok thing is that my hair seems to be growing back pretty quick
