Finally used this a few times playing golf and disc golf. Measurements seem accurate, like the slope feature. A magnet would be nice, but not a deal breaker. The case is high quality and seems weather resistant. Not sure if the higher end rangefinders have some sort of image stabilization or not. I have nothing to compare it with, but that would be my only knock. You really have to brace your arms to your body and remain steady to lock on to your target. After a handful of uses, you get used to it and figure out how to stabilize yourself. Focus is smooth. Really a great value and gets the job done for a hack like me :)

Really great product for the price. However, it does not have a magnet like many of the other models. I do miss that feature. However, the numbers are right on the spot. My friend has a very expensive rangefinder and this one was just as accurate. I would buy again. This would be five stars if it had the magnet.

I have admittedly limited exposure to rangefinders, but during my use, this thing has been excellent. It locks readily, and is very consistent between measurements. It would be nice to have image stabilization to help with the shaky picture that comes with magnifying a handheld device, but this works just fine. Distances are consistent with my known clubbing, so I trust it as far as my slightly better than average game goes. If I made my living golfing, I'd spring for something higher end, but I don't. If I leave this in a cart by accident, it won't ruin my day. Great bang for the buck.

I was looking for a good (read, "Accurate") range finder that wouldn't break the bank and, lo and behold, I found it. Totally happy with this unit after purchasing a few for comparison. This little gem has a lot to offer for golfing or hunting. Simple to use and surprisingly light weight but not cheap feeling with a rubberized exterior. I would estimate the error in distance less than 1%. I walked out until the range finder put me exactly 500 yards from a wall of a warehouse at work with clear line of sight. I then repeated that measurement test with the BallisticsARC app to determine that same 500 yard testing point. Spot on. I dropped a road cone at this point and carried my measuring wheel to that same wall, set the wheel to zero and walked back. The wheel brought me 1’8” to the road cone. Not bad at all! I really appreciate the elevation readout as well, very handy for seeing if I am straight on at a target.

I'm giving 5 stars because it gives ranges and is not $300. I mean it just works and while playing with others with more expensive ones and comparing to app gps ranges it gives same readings. Worth what I paid when on sale.

This thing was pretty cool. The distance were about maybe 10-15 yards off but nothing too crazy. And I mean like forward or backward not like 10 to 15 off sideways. It really depends on how steady you can hold it.

I hate having to give bad reviews, but this was so frustrating I had to. First off, this was my first rangefinder. I have always used GPS on my phone with SwingU or used a buddies rangefinder. I was excited to use it and with my inexperience with rangefinders I thought that struggling with rangefinder distances was the norm. Over 2 years time of use I put it to the test in well over 125 rounds of golf and the GOGOGO would get accurate distances about 25% of the time. More often than not, after shooting the pin up to 6 or 7 times it would give me a distance of about +-15 yards. If there were trees even remotely close to the flag it would lock onto the trees about 80% of the time and give you very inaccurate readings. The final straw was when it shot a distance of 120 yards to the pin on a par 5. I was actually 90 yards out and it was picking up a tree behind the green. I hit a perfect 48 degrees wedge shot and sailed the green out of bounds. After I threw it about 50 yards, it broke when it hit the ground. Now it lives in the trees on hole 6. I bought a Bushnell the next day.

I like this range finder because it easy to use for golfing. It is accurate, easy to read.

was purchased as a gift and the recipient really likes it! says it is pretty easy to use and very accurate! Now if only it could do a hole in one for him :)
