Very high quality, nice texture, great flavor. Perfect added to almond flour in keto baking. This does soak up some liquid so be ready to add a little water to attain the same consistency. High fiber and better for you than traditional flour. The zipper on the bag is very sturdy and didn’t need to transfer to another container! Great value for the money.

I switched to a grain-free diet many years ago and I enjoy baking, which means I have tried a lot of different brands of coconut flour. Some of them have been acceptable, others were truly awful. Bob's Red Mill has given me the most consistent good results, but as it's been getting more expensive I've been looking around for another option. I saw a flash sale for Viva Naturals Organic Coconut Flour and decided to take a risk on a brand I've never used before. It was definitely worth it. This coconut flour is very finely and uniformly milled, and the small clumps in the bag break apart easily. It's neither dry nor greasy, and it smells and tastes fresh. The coconut flavor is very mild, and when mixed with other ingredients the flavor is essentially undetectable. I always measure flours by weight, and there's been no need to adjust recipes to account for any differences between this flour and my usual brand. This is easily one of the best coconut flours I've used. My only slight complaint is about the packaging, as the bag has a thin ziplock seal that split away from the side of the bag the second time I opened it. However, it isn't a major issue as, knowing it will take me quite a while to use the entire 4lb bag, I was already planning to transfer the flour to a freezer-safe container to keep it as fresh as possible. When I do start running low, I'll definitely be reordering this!

This was very good, I was looking for a flour to be able to make healthy muffins and it was a pleasant surprise, this is like normal flour, but of course gluten-free, which is my goal, to this I added eggs, peanut butter, cocoa powder and sugar-free chocolate chips that I also bought here on Amazon and it was a super healthy snack for me and my family, as well as delicious, I will definitely buy regularly ❤️❤️

i like the smell taste and quality of this product. i have not used much coconut flour before and the kind that i had before was from a local health food store and i think it was bobs red mill which is a pretty popular brand. i made coconut chocolate chip cookies with that and maybe added it to things but i had had it a few yrs in my freezer and it went pretty stale so i needed new and found this. i think it has a better texture mixed well in my zucchini muffins i made and i love the slight coconut smell like coconut flakes, i give this 4 stars instead of 5 because i am really disappointed in the bag it comes in. i had to put this in a Ziploc the zipper part did not work and i also went to my sams club the day i got this in the mail and i found 5lbs for about 3-4$ cheaper. i will not be buying again unless the sams club one is awful or I cant find another because of the bag. if the bagged zipped better i would definitely buy again even if it cost a little more because its worth the less hassle of a ziploc.

Good price for a 4 lb bag and the quality is superb. The nutty aroma is mouth watering and makes me want to cook/bake all sorts of things. I also buy chia seeds from this brand and so far I’ve not experienced any issues and am pleased with quality and amount for the price.

Tasty and really easy to use once you realize it soaks up everything and needs 2xs the amount of eggs and liquid. It taste amazing and I especially love on fried chicken.

I have been using this brand for over 2 years. I bake a lot of low carb goodies and use this in cookies, tortillas, and cupcakes. The flour is light and fluffy.

As mentioned in another of my reviews, as someone who is allergic to gluten in all forms, I'm having to learn how to bake all over again after several decades of standard baking. So many recipes call for coconut flour (also known as coconut meal), and so rather than buying a small amount each time, it's finally better for me to buy in a large quality like I did with this. it's unbleached and organic which are both plusses in my book! It's fresh and has a lovely flavour - it's not like sawdust - this is premium quality and at a great price point! Therefore I can recommend this company!

This coconut flour is better than other brands I have used. It is not as chalky and thick. I find the results are much better and the taste is not overwhelming.

Great to add some extra fiber. tastes awesome in muffins
