New nozzle works great and I’m enjoying all the spray patterns, variable water flow control, up-front trigger, and the robust build quality! A+ Customer Service. Seller was kind enough to send me a replacement nozzle at no charge. I installed it on my hose and tightened. Seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. Based on other reviews, I probably received a poorly cast nozzle or a sub par metal alloy. Most products have a few lemons. J-U-N-K! Hose nozzle appeared to be well made. However, as soon as I screwed the female hose nozzle onto the male garden hose, it broke off in my hand at the connection point! I couldn't believe what had just happened! I did not even get a chance to tighten the connection! The cheap metal alloy they use to make these hose nozzles is garbage.

This nozzle feels sturdy and well-made, and the metal construction is a nice upgrade from plastic sprayers. The spray patterns are genuinely useful for different jobs (watering, rinsing, washing). I like the flow control so you can dial pressure up or down without constantly adjusting the faucet. Comfortable to hold and works great for yard and car use.

I paid more this hose nozzle than the cheap plastic units I've purchased over the years. Being constructed of metal, it appears to be well made and seems to have much better internal parts too. I'm confident we'll get more usage with this model than the single year with the past adjustable nozzles. So far, it's worked flawlessly in my wife's flower gardens!

Very well made. I like that it has a metal body instead of plastic. Nozzle turns easily and easy to adjust the force of water for young plants. Overall a very good sprayer.

I’m not sure how many stars to give. The bag was sealed, and when I opened it the nozzle was full of water and had gotten the paperwork that was in the bag with it soaking wet like someone had tried it and returned it for some reason, then it was repackaged to be sold again. I tried it and it worked fine so I am keeping it.

Heavy duty nozzle. Very easy to use. has great features like 7 adjustable sprays, a pressure adjuster which lowers or increases the water power while your spraying. Ingenious feature you wont find on other novels is the clasp that holds the spray. It's on the bottom. quality material. No cheap plastic.

Great working nozzle, built well, not the plastic type so many companies are using. I bought two nozzles from local hardware stores that fell apart due to plastic pieces. This Nozzle is metal and heavy duty. The trigger lock on the handle is perfect and in the exact right place, not the plastic types that easily break. And, their Service is extraordinary. I would buy from this company every day of the week.

Bought this to replace my old nozzle and it works well, but it doesn’t give the same flow or pressure as the old one
