Plastic seems cheap, and did not have the smoothness or feel of a well made resin barrette.

Wonderful barrette

Love this barrette. Holds well, looks great. A good barrette is very hard to find. Can’t find anything like this at a drug store. Super happy with it. Will buy more of this brand. I have very thick hair and I use it for pulling the front part of my hair back.

I should have read the color description "kiwi". This barrette is green, not gold. It looked gold in my picture, so I'm a little disappointed but it still fits great.

AWESOME barrette--until the metal snapped in two.

I LOVED this barrette, but after a month of wearing it the long metal part broke. Snapped in half!I have a lot of hair, and I was excited to find something that would hold it all, elegantly. I guess I'll have to keep looking... :(
