Fantastic film! I saw drove almost an hour to see this for the first time in limited pre-release. It impinged on me so much that my husband and I flew to see Dr. Stancic in person (from CA to NJ). It was worth every penny and every minute of time I spent. This has changed my life. She showed me how to LIVE successfully with MS. I am forever grateful to her. She really cares about helping people. And I am able to do more and more and more all the time and am almost off of all of the massive amount of supplements that I was taking before seeing her. I am so close to just managing my body with food. It's cheaper than what I was doing before - BY FAR!!! (I mean, for one thing, you have to eat anyway. Why not eat what fuels your body?) And frankly, it's easier to manage eating like this on a consistent basis than it is to manage medical handlings. I'm able to travel more easily again. I was able to fly from CA to Denver and then drive home on my own. I couldn't have done that without help before.I'm so glad this movie is more widely available. I bought it on Amazon to watch again with my husband and I bought it on DVD to share with some friends who have MS. Do yourself a favor, watch it. Even if you don't have MS, it could change your life too! :)

I’m amazed this documentary was created by a physician rather than a professional filmmaker. She did a beautiful job telling her own story of recovery and learning to manage multiple sclerosis by changing her lifestyle. I highly recommend this film to anyone serious about taking an active role in their own health and healing from chronic disease.

Real, well - researched and documented scientific medical facts for true health and well being! The reason government and big pharma/ media don’t want you to know this is because it will not line their pockets and will naturally restore your health and they can’t use healthy people as cash cows to get rich. Following the whole food plant based lifestyle will restore your health to the best level possible and it’s benefits are holistic - physical, mental, social, emotional & spiritual!!! When you are healthy it makes everything easier in your life and this lifestyle restores health!!!!

My mom was diagnosed with MS over thirty years ago. When I discovered lifestyle medicine over a decade ago she jumped on board with me and her symptoms greatly decreased. This was a wonderful film that depicts the impacts of how we live on the symptoms of these illnesses. I shared this film with my mom and encourage her to share it with her MS group that meets weekly. I can only hope that all medical schools follow in the footsteps of the School of Medicine Greenville - University of South Carolina with incorporating nutrition, stress management, fitness, sleep and community in with their teachings to medical students.

This isn't just on one health topic, but rather taps on some of the top scientists to cover how we can be healthier overall.

Absolutely phenomenal documentary, easily worth the cost so many times over. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in their own personal health - whether you have chronic medical conditions or not. It's always great to see a story of true transformation, it really helps get the message across about the power of lifestyle medicine. Personally, I am a physician board certified in FM and Lifestyle Medicine, and this documentary helps bring to life what I tell my patients every single day. Sometimes seeing is believing, and for patients with chronic health conditions this could be the extra bit of motivation they need to turn their lives around...sorry Dr. Stancic, I 'missed' the screening of this documentary at the ACLM conference in Orlando because I was studying for the certification exam, but so glad I got around to purchasing it last year!

We Americans persist in loading our bodies with high calorie/fat/sugar foods and expect a good result. Instead, we become dependent on prescription meds so we can carry on with destructive health and eating habits. Dr Stancic presents us with a beautiful, touching film about her own journey in reversing MS. She did this by rejecting the status quo and discovering that a more simple, yet directed lifestyle will eliminate most chronic diseases, not just MS. It's a revolution in Healthcare waiting to happen!

This documentary has great information but it’s not drastically different from other inflammation educational documentaries. I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know. Also be mindful that while these lifestyle changes are necessary your body might react differently. I’ve been doing this lifestyle change for over six years and I still have to use a wheelchair or assistance to walk. I feel and look better but physically the condition is still progressing. Just be realistic with your expectations and focus on enhancing your lifestyle.
