Under “ingredients” it says “organic refined coconut oil” under “about this item” it says cold-pressed, unrefined coconut oil" which is it?

It organic, unrefined, virgin, and cold-pressed. All 4 of those adjectives apply. It is NOT "refined", which is a good thing.

Is the plastic container BPA free?

the more important question to ask is if this is BPA free & is made from plastic then what is it replaced with? You need to do research in terms of inferior plastics, just bc it's BPA free doesn't mean it is safe bc they just replaced the "A" w something else far far worse liek BPS or BPF. Sure they get to tell you it's BPA free but until you find out what kind of plastic it is made from you're being fooled.

Is this flavorless? I need a coconut oil that doesn't taste or smell like coconut.

There are two types of coconut oil, refined CO has less coconut flavor. Virgin unrefined CO has the coconut flavor. Besides the flavor refined has a higher cooking temp 400° versus 350°.
