I keep 3 or 4 of these on me for different jobs, they don't get damaged, and you can get the bigger ones but for what I need them for they are big enough and hold all the information I need. I have had them in water, extreme heats and in machines that can damage them, but they have held up.

My previous Gorilla Drive 256GB flash drive took a dump so I decided to switch to this impressive one. Pros: -Durable case -Fast speeds -Screw to open and close instead of a pop-off/slide cover Cons: -It may be easy to lose the case part that screws off, I would have personally made the rubber rings more of an octagon shape to prevent rolling

Great for traveling

These thumb drives screw into a metal container - which is as close to a bulletproof housing as you are going to get. This makes them suitable for travel, even wilderness travel. They are not the cheapest or highest capacity drives out there, but I have several and have found them to be reliable. No need to get these if all you are doing is transferring files from one computer to another, but if you want to travel with them, or backup stuff for a long period of time, I recommend these as a good option.

Nice, secure, durable way to store and transport your files. Photo, I thought, the drive would separate from my Keychain. As in my video, I was mistaken. The drive remains attached to the Keychain. Other than that, great product.

Excellent unit I had the smaller 64GB version for 5+ years without issue or incident and upgraded to this model for added space. The lower cost over time for the product is the main reason for getting the upgrade. The drives when closed are great for keeping the device dry and rugged use. I have dropped the closed unit on multiple occasions and the use and function didn’t even notice.

I am a DJ and use this mainly to store my music. This flash drive is perfect for DJing if you have a stand alone controller. It is waterproof and the cover protects the drive from damage.

great transfer speeds! has had at least 2 trips into the washer and dryer to be found during folding/putting away and its still working perfectly.

These are probably one of the best usb storage devices on the market. The only issue I have is that they are costly little buggers. They are clearly double the cost or more of similar products in the same category. I've ordered both the 128 Gb and the 256 Gb devices. Both are solid and reliable. I very much like the protection their covers afford when transporting from place to place. Full aluminum outer casings with rubber seals and fast transfer speeds while using. Now, if only Corsair could lower the cost a little - really?!

On a Mac formating this with APFS has been a god send. APFS is Apple's modern file format designed from scratch to make SSD's and flash drives work perfect. I use my Survivor Stealth to make a full disk backup of my Mac that I keep with me. My first Survivor Stealth died after struggling and barely working from the start. Which was because Apple's HSF+ format was designed for rotational drives. My second Survivor Stealth has been working smooth and fast for 4 years now thanks to APFS.
