Does this pull your skin off when you remove it?

It would not be expected to pull your skin off, as other answers have indicated.  You may experience variable performance on the question of whether it is just "ready" to come off after 14 days.  That may happen.  It may not always be the case.  Once your sensor reaches 14-day failure, if a simple tug does not seem to remove the patch, try dabbing some baby oil on the fabric rim or drip some on your skin above the patch and let it run into the patch.  Shower after 1 or 2 hours.  If still necessary, apply some shower soap over the wet patch; or, if soaping not needed, just pull patch, then wash the area after patch and sensor removed.  When removing sensor in a shower, have a spot handy for disposal because of the extremely small metal tip on the skin side of the sensor.  If you have a tendency to perspire greatly, or live in a hot, humid climate, or exercise with great exertion, the patch may not even last 14 days, but, under opposite conditions, a lubricant such as baby oil may help after the 14 days are up.  Shaving the skin area you have selected for your next sensor stick and patch can make removal easier two weeks after attachment.  I have been advised that if having trouble keeping the sensor attached for 14 days, try Skin Tac on the skin -- then sensor on top of skin tack. I have never tried using both skin tac underneath and patch on top of sensor at the same time and don't know whether that would later affect ease of removal.

Does this patch have adhesive over its entire surface? (i.e., will it stick to the transmitter of the cgm?)

Yes it does have adhesive over the entire surface.  My husband had been using these for about a month now and they work so much better than the tape and covers he got with his medical supplies.  He is active person, running miles and miles and sweats alot, and so far this product has worked.  His sensors last about a week and so does the sim patch.  It's a great product.

Question 3

Is the circle no hole better than the oval no hole?  For me the ovals flop over when the adhesive wears out and I end up trimming it.

No when the adhesive wears it starts pulling at the skin and you have to trim it or carefully peel it off and change it

Will this work well with the Dexcom G7?

I used the sim patch with the Freestyle Libre 2
I have never been prescribed the Dexcom G7
The sim patch held the circular Freestyle Libre 2 on securely for the 14 day duration of the Libre 2
The patch worked great
I am unfamiliar with Dexcom G7 though
