Syntax MIPS

The Giro Syntax MIPS Adult Road Cycling Helmet has been an excellent addition to my cycling gear. It fits perfectly, with plenty of adjustability for a snug and comfortable fit. The MIPS technology gives me peace of mind knowing I'm getting extra protection in case of a fall. The helmet is lightweight and breathable, which makes it great for long rides, even in warmer weather. The ventilation is top-notch, keeping me cool during my workouts. I also love the sleek design—it's both stylish and functional. Overall, I highly recommend this helmet for anyone looking for comfort, safety, and style on the road!

This is a beautiful helmet. As soon as I got it, I tried it on, and it fit great (L). It's light, not bulky, adjusts easily, and fits the head the right way. The black/red combination is a rock-star color. Lots of ventilation. Look forward to wearing it soon.

I give this helmet five stars without reservation. Where to start. I took it for a spin for the first time today, and I must say I’m impressed! It’s so lightweight that I forgot I had a helmet on. The best part is the snug fit around my head. I didn’t feel a headache like I have in the past with other helmets. There were no pressure points to cause the headache, just pure comfort offering full protection in case I crash. The color is great! I initially thought the matte white I purchased was all white. Wrong! It’s white and silver, with the silver in the front fading backwards to white. Perfect match with my bike. I sweat a lot, and other helmets only absorbed some of my sweat, leaking when I adjusted it. Not this one! This helmet truly impressed me with its absorbing capacity. Overall…5 stars! Would recommend.

Great fit and my favorite helmet brand. Easy to fit my pony tail through the back ;-)

I have no real complaints about the Syntax, just subjective observations. I wish the overall profile/dimensions of this lid were such that it was smaller in appearance. Additionally, none of the vents seem designed to accommodate sunglasses. I’ve tried at least three different brand of glasses and none of the front vents on the helmet are oriented in a way to easily slide the arms/temples of my sunglasses in or out of the helmet. Otherwise, the Medium fit is spot on for my elongated melon. The straps adjust easily; the one-handed tightening dial at the rear does a great job of taking up any remaining slack in the straps; ventilation is more than adequate for me, and the helmet is light enough and comfortable enough that I don’t even think about it on a long, mountainous 3-hour ride.

Ok, so I wrote a really long review on this Giro Syntax helmet, Large, matte red/matte black; then I set my phone down for 15 seconds and the Amazon app went “back” and deleted it. Wow. Gut punch. Not gonna start over, but, let me say: this is an amazing road cycling helmet: - best fitting helmet I’ve ever had. I have a big ol’ head and the Large size in this thing feels like a fitted baseball cap on my head. I’ve had 4 road cycling helmets over 10 years and this is the best fitting, by far. There are no pressure points or hot-spots at all with this thing. - the matte black and matte red finish is striking af. I always think the newest helmet I’ve bought is the best looking, but.. damn. - Roc Loc 5 is amazing. I had a Bell helmet at one point that had a similar “twist the knob” adjustment system, and it was nowhere near as accurate as this thing. It’s millimeter perfect. You can unbuckle the chin strap and it’s still stuck to your head. - I had a 2010-11 era Giro Atmos and this helmet is on another level. That was a $200 helmet that came with a carrying case. It was 40g lighter, but the fit was crap compared to this MIPS helmet. I’d take this one 10 times out of 10. Anyway, that’s the gist of it. For $120, or whatever, this thing is a great value. I highly recommend it.

It fits great and it’s very comfortable.

I had th MPS Bell helmet for a year at L size. The sweat pad gets overwhelmd and came apart. They give a spare, and sales rep will send replacement for free. The Giro is a good alternative, I will use both now. The Giro is lighter than me Bell, so it's light weight, if not ultra lightweight. It fits more stylishly, not looking like a wide mushroom on top of your head. Someone said this Giro fits around your head, more so than sitting on top, yes. Your head goes deeper into the helmet. This may not feel as comfortable, but feels safer for sure, in side impacts. The padding in my Bell helmet is more cushy and comfortable. This helmet would be best in Winter, when you wear a thin head garment for warmth. So it's a pro helmet, as far as style, so good value at mid price point. You won't be missing much from a $200+ helmets.

Leggerissimo e molto confortevole

Not the same looks as the picture shown. There are some parts that are not white as shown in the picture. The whiteness looks like fake also..so white in color, looks like it has been bleach. Knob adjustment in the back no Giro logo. The lock buckle also no Giro logo or name..the chin strap also no logo.

Très bon produit pas déçu

À la hauteur de mes attentes, Giro sont nettement dans les meilleurs. Ce n’est pas mon premier et je le recommande. Seul bémol pas de sac ou coquille pour le transport heureusement j’ai gardé la coquille de mon Atmos que j’avais avant.

Super Fahrradhelm! Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Der Helm kommt in Orginalverpackung an und entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Das Mipssystem ist auch einwandfrei und funktioniert.
