Vivo HD premium arm
Well besides the mix reviews, mostly positive vibes and a few bad one's,so I took my chances to try out my first single heavy duty monitor arm for my curve UW 34 inch AOC, and all I can say is I'm very impressed with it functionality and build quality, overall I'm very satisfied of what I have received.

Amazing value - Solid, Sturdy and smooth to operate.
Very stable and simple to setup holding a 42" wide screen very much recommend this. Secure mounting and good padding to protect the desk where it attaches. Solid and secure.

Sturdy arm for ultrawide monitor
I bought this to clear my desk space and match my 'minimalist' desk setup. Excellent value for money with strong construction and high quality white finish. Holds my Alienware 34" ultrawide OLED monitor perfectly with no sag or droop. Only knocking off 1 star under 'range of motion' because the pivot on the vesa mount doesn't quite rotate to 90 degrees, meaning I have to have the monitor arm pulled slightly further away from the wall. We're only talking about and extra 2cm...so no big deal. Very happy with my purchase.

Odyssey G9 Owner
Nice sturdy monitor arm, fairly easy to setup. If you want this for the G9 monitor, check you still have the wall adaptor that came with it or you will need to buy one. As mentioned in other reviews, due to the G9 weight the tilt mechanism needs to be fully tightened so this will not work. This is not a problem for me. Easy adjustments for weight tension, strange design element is the cable management which is one is a slide off and the other held on by screw.

Works perfectly with PHILIPS Evnia 49M2C8900
This was used to mount a PHILIPS Evnia 49M2C8900LA and it does so with extreme easy. All tilting, turning, raising and lowering works fine, but being honest, once its set, you dont need much adjustment. I went back and forth over this and Ergotron LX premium, and I'm so glad I chose Vivo. I keep an extra £1-200 in my pocket and my monitor is completely safe. I'm genuinely shocked at negative reviews; perhaps they did not read the weight limitations of this mount. It comes with a few mounting options; we chose the grommet hole mounting option and it looks very slick when installed. I say to buy with confidence.

Do not use with 49” Samsung SUW monitors
Absolutely useless if you have a 11.5KG Samsung Oddyssey Neo G9 49” monitor. Supposed to be rated to 15KG but the actual VESA plate tilts itself (because it is two pieces) creating a long triangle gap vertical with the top 1.5-2mm having a gap & the base touching the VESA knuckle & is unable to be adjusted. Either I have been sent one with the wrong VESA knuckle or this product does not actually support monitors over 10KG! Should have waited & saved for Ergotron HD as bought this in October 2024 & only got round to fitting today (24 May 2025) due to ill health, so cannot return it! Feel absolutely conned tbh. Of course this has to happen over a Bank Holiday weekend so Vivo support not working for 3 days… **EDIT** Have changed my rating to 1 star from 2 after dealing with the terrible Vivo customer service. No UK support so have to contact them in US Central Time hours only. Continually ask for photo’s of the problem & when sent say they cannot see the issue when the screen is facing downwards by about 10-15 degrees when everything on the arm is perfectly level as shown by a spirit level & the VESA mount knuckle is perfectly vertical! Now got to find £300 for Ergotron HD arm, go back to supplied desk stand or try to figure out a solution that I shouldn’t have to using washers on the lower screws holding the monitor to the VESA mounting plate as shims & hope that don’t create a weak spot & end up with a broken monitor. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Excellent quality monitor arm
Very impressed with this, although it is heavy and will need two pairs of hands to get it assembled. Holds my 49" monitor perfectly and it's now super easy and smooth to adjust. Very happy with this item! The incorporated cable management is a nice touch.

Perfect monitor arm for G9
Still works perfectly after 2 years of use with the Samsung G9 ultrawide. No issues at all once the tension screw is adjusted correctly.

Its an amazing mount for the price - not many in the 100usd range that are rated to hold up ultrawide monitors. This was the only option I could find that was heavy duty enough to hold my 38 inch monitor. While the monitor weight was much lower than the capacity of this one, I didn't want to risk going cheap, given the monitor is already expensive and this is going to be the only thing holding it up. Installation was a bit tricky, as the manual was limited in illustration and surprisingly no videos online for installation tutorials. While getting the thing together was easy enough, it was only after I mounted the whole thing did I realize that the base is slightly offset from the center (the monitor mount and base do not align in a fully pushed back position). It can align, but that brings the monitor forward which is not ideal. I didn't want to have the base offset or the monitor misaligned to my desk, so decided to move the base to one side completely (It actually ended up looking better that way). Outside of the installation, everything else seems to be good quality, solid metallic arms and good cable management using the trays under the arms. There is also slots available to store the keys to adjust tension in the arms. The only thing I couldn't figure out was if it is supposed to be easy to move the monitor around, as I had to tighten the tension quite a bit to keep the monitor in place and to stop it from dropping down (tension has to be greater than the weight). I suspect a bit more adjustment would have made it more movable (can move but needs a bit of effort and 2 hands). I dont move the monitor, so this doesn't affect me too much.

The stand is very sturdy and I’m please with how much range I can have moving my computer around. I’ve never had an issue with it shaking or the computer feeling unsteady, and I have a desk that can be automatically raised and lowered. The movement doesn’t seem to affect it at all. It does protrude a bit over the desk if you have your desk flat against a wall like I do, but not by a significant amount.

Bought this since it was a LOT cheaper than the typically recommended ErgoTron HX arm, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it can hold up my Samsung 49" display with no issue. Been using this arm since June 2021, no sagging or droop issues. Had to crank the tightness on the swivel head where it connects to the monitor though, but after tightening it, the arm holds up with no sag over time. The in-built cable management is also pretty okay, but the bottom piece is a slide-on cover instead of being screwed on like the top piece is. Can be a bit of a pain in the ass to slide back on if you have a lot of cables running through it.

Original product received was defective as the gas-lift arm did not have any support whatsoever, so that my ultrawide monitor just stayed at the lowest height. I contacted the seller and they were helpful in checking if I have done all the checks with my installation. After confirming that it is defective, the seller dispatched a replacement to me for free, which arrived so quickly. This replacement arm is correctly working and is able to support my 34" Samsung CJ791 monitor. Took off one star as had to go through the trouble of contacting the seller, but customer support was great.

Good arm and sturdy for a 9kg monitor. Good mounting. The only problem is the the thing that sits between arm and monitor needs to be screwed in but it was poorly manufactured wich made the install take 3hours to fix the screw hole. If there where no manufacturing problem i would put 5/5
