Do you serve this plain or with milk or cream?

The Turks never, ever put milk in tea, and not only because milky tea looks weird in Turkish tea glasses. It's just not done: we knew a Turkish guy who had a meltdown every time his children, raised in England, put milk in their tea. That said, I enjoy milk in my Turkish tea sometimes: it's good. Note that tea can cause cream to curdle.
